Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, tomatoes, parsley and green onions. Mix well to combine.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and whisk well. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight.
