Ingredients

  • 1 Large Mango Peeled & Diced
  • 3/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1 Large Avocado Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over grilled fish or chicken.
