Water
Sugar
Strawberry Puree
Lemon Juice

Instructions
Make a simple syrup of 1 part water to 1/2 part sugar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Combine 1 pint of this simple syrup with 2/3 pint strawberry puree. If too sweet, add lemon juice.
Freeze in an ice cream freezer and serve. Makes 2 pints.
Measurements:
Simple Syrup:
1 1/2 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Water and 3/4 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon Sugar equals 1 pint (2 cups).
Strawberry Puree:
2 Cups Diced Fresh Strawberries plus 1/4 Cup Water blended equals 2/3 pint (1 1/3 cup) puree.
Lemon Juice:
2 Tablespoons (recommended).
