Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Fresh Or Canned Peaches
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Egg Beaten

Instructions

  • Crumble sugar, flour, baking powder, salt together with butter. Add beaten egg and stir until chunky.
  • Spread over peaches (or apples) in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
