Cousin Eileen's Fluffy Chocolate Icing

Course: Frostings & Fillings

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar Sifted
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 1-Ounce Squares Baking Chocolate Melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Melted
  • Salt
  • Vanilla

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in small bowl. Fill larger bowl with ice cubes and place smaller bowl in center. Beat until frosting "fluffs up" and is thick and creamy.
