Chocolate-Fudge Glaze

Course: Frostings & Fillings


  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 1- Oz Squares Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • 2 Cups Confectioner's Sugar Sifted


  • Heat water, butter, vanilla and chocolate. Add confectioner's sugar and beat well.
  • Works best if you dip tops of cupcakes in glaze rather than trying to use a utensil to spread glaze.
