Instructions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place 2 rounded teaspoonfuls of mix in each cup (or to taste). Fill with boiling water. Stir well.
Dry mix may be kept in covered storage container. Makes 32 servings.
Notes
The strength I prefer is a nice rounded Tablespoonful in 8 ounces of water. - April Ferre
