Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mango Pulp
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom To Taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and chill for 2 hours. Can be made the day before.
