Lemon Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Combine lemon juice and sugar in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Mix cornstarch with water, stir into saucepan.
  • Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
