Crushed Pineapple & Juice
Instructions
Sift flour and measure. Sift flour, salt and baking powder three times.
Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with pineapple and water. Fold in egg whites.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in loaf pan.
