Rescuing Crystallized Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Crystallized Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Light Corn Syrup

Instructions

  • Combine honey and corn syrup in a mason or other glass jar.
  • Place jar in a small saucepan with about an inch of water. Heat the water until it is hot, but not boiling and then reduce heat to low to maintain the water temperature.
  • Stir honey occasionally until it is smooth.
  • The time will vary depending on how crystallized your honey has become. Be patient and do this slowly and gently for best results.
