Falafel or Kabob Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Greek Style Pita Bread
  • Falafel or Chicken Kabob
  • Tzatziki and/or Tahini Sauce
  • Lettuce Shredded
  • Tomato Sliced
  • Cucumbers Sliced
  • Charred Onions

Instructions

  • Briefly heat pita bread in the microwave (about 15 seconds.)
  • Add falafel balls (approximately 4 per sandwich) or chicken kabob to the center and drizzle with tzatziki and/or tahini sauce. Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and charred onions.
  • Wrap one half of the pita with foil to make it easier to eat.
